The path size of its reference axes, which is the basic component part of jigs and machines, is varied so that it can position the work object accurately.



Positioning (fixture) with a hole (cylinder) and an axis (pin) in general manufacturing process. Basically its structure was not something changeable.

However, based on the structure, there was always a problem with the interspace when fitting. "Positioning" depending on the compromise point of two opposite conditions, which are quality and work efficiency, didn't become an pursued ideal form.

To solve such a problem with the simplest way is our newly developed product “Circle shaft". Using the Circle shaft, it is easy to desorb and positions accurately.
